Minneapolis, MN (February 17, 2017) – The Northern Ale Guide (www.northernaleguide.com), Minnesota’s Craft Brewery Passport, is excited to announce its decision to sponsor the Tipsy Timberer, a one-of-a-kind brewery crawl, taking place July 22, 2017 in the Minneapolis.
The Tipsy Timberer is a Lumberjack and Lumberjill themed brewery crawl across many of the Minnesota’s great breweries located in the cities. The final list of participating breweries is to be released soon. In the meantime, eager lumberers can check for updates on the Tipsy Timberer website and social media sites.
Participating Minnesotans (and guests) will receive a free Tipsy Timberer themed t-shirt, at least three complimentary beers to be used at any of the participating taprooms, an “event passport” to collect stamps in along the way, free transportation between select breweries along the route, and a whole day of fun experiencing the taprooms of Minnesota.
“Our mission at the Northern Ale Guide is to connect beer-drinkers with the source of their favorite beers and help everyone to discover new taprooms around the state. We believe the Tipsy Timberer provides another great opportunity for people to get out and physically experience the magic of the taprooms themselves,” said Chris Hofacker, Co-founder, Northern Ale Guide.

About Northern Ale Guide
Founded by a group of students at the University of Minnesota, the Northern Ale Guide was created to help connect beer-enthusiasts with local taprooms to support the growth of the Minnesota brewing community. As beer-lovers and entrepreneurial students at the Carlson School of Management, a class project turned into a statewide initiative to bring Minnesotans and visitors to the source of their favorite brews and explore the best of what our great state has to offer.
